Return and Refund Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The item must not have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by all labels or documents included at the time of shipment.
Important Note: Items on sale or discounted, as well as digital products (if applicable), are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@besidemagazine.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of shipment.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refund: If your request is approved, you will receive a store credit that can be used on our online store. The store credit will be issued as a discount code usable for your next purchase.

Rejected Refund: If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, we are committed to resolving the issue. Please contact us immediately at info@besidemagazine.com with photos of the item and details about the issue. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, whether it be an exchange or a refund.
