We are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive in a timely manner while providing tracking at every step. Please review the details below to better understand our shipping methods and the associated delivery times.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may also be extended during peak demand periods.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated during specific promotions. The exact amount of shipping fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Canada:
Orders within Canada are shipped via the Standard Parcel™ service from Canada Post. The estimated delivery times are as follows, depending on your location:
- Major Urban Centers: 2 to 3 business days
- Secondary Centers: 2 to 7 business days
- Remote Areas: 6 to 14 business days
United States:
Orders to the United States are shipped as Trackable Packages™, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days after shipment.
International (Other Countries):
For all other international destinations, orders are also shipped as Trackable Packages™, with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 business days after shipment.
4. Order Tracking
All orders are sent with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with this tracking number, which you can use to track your package on the Canada Post website or the international carrier's site.
5. Shipping Zones
We ship across Canada, the United States, and many other countries. However, some international destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions. If we are unable to deliver to your region, you will be informed before your order is confirmed.
6. Customs Duties and Other Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, local taxes, and other import fees may apply once the package reaches its destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these additional costs and cannot predict them.
