If we have not shipped your order yet, contact us.

What payment methods do you offer?

We handle payments primarily through Shopify Payments for normal orders (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal). Subscription orders are handled through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm your order and an email when your order is sent.

Shipments are processed 3 working days following your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?

Canada: 3-4 workdays

USA: 5-7 workdays

International: 8-10 workdays

Can I track my order?

If you order two or more magazines on the same order yes. 

Orders of 1 copy cannot because they are sent via Canada Post’s regular mail service.

Can I edit my shipping address for an order I have not received?

If we have not sent the order yet, contact us as soon as possible so we can make the change.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

All sales are final. We don’t do exchanges or returns. 

Refund

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can offer you a refund and cancel the order.

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Funds are returned to your account 5 to 10 business days

What do I do if my order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

You can keep the copy in question and a new copy will be sent at our expense.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How do subscriptions work?

We process 1 payment for 2 issues per year and it automatically renews unless cancelled.

Free shipping is included on the subscription issues only.

25% discount on all back issues.

Why has my renewal date changed?

Billing occurs in April or October every year depending on your account. Renewal dates are synched that way.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time but have in mind that if the cancellation of the subscription is made in the middle of the cycle and one of the two copies has already been sent a refund of CAD$ 10 will be made.

If the cancellation is made before the first issue of your cycle is sent we’ll cancel your subscription and a CAD$ 30 will be made. The CAD$ 5 is to cover the process of the request.

When will my subscription start?

Subscriptions purchased before May 15th will begin with the Spring/Summer issue to be published in May/June of that same year.

Subscriptions purchased before October 15th will begin with the Fall/Winter issue to be published in October/November of that same year.

Can you supply a receipt for my subscription purchase?

Nope.

I love print, but I also want to be good to the environment. How is the magazine made?

Our magazine is printed in Quebec on Rolland Enviro Print paper, made from 100 percent post-consumer fiber.
