Explore the rudimentary techniques of the forge and of traditional cutlery industry, discover the work of the smith and practice craftsman’s activity in a fascinating context. Learn about the forge in manufacturing your own knife, a classic! Marked by a minimalist design, its blade and its handle are forged from a single piece of metal.
